desihub.media (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to full compliance with United States federal laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, as well as the associated regulations under 28 C.F.R. Part 75, concerning record-keeping requirements for producers of visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
## Important Notice: Our Role as a Third-Party Aggregator
desihub.media **does not produce, create, manufacture, publish, duplicate, reproduce, or otherwise generate** any of the visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct that appear on the website.
All content (videos, clips, images, thumbnails, and other media) is **embedded** or linked from third-party sources and platforms that host and control the actual files. We act solely as an **aggregator, indexer, search service, or linker** that provides embedded players, previews, and direct links to content hosted elsewhere on the internet.
We do **not**:
– Upload or store media files on our servers.
– Produce or direct the creation of any content.
– Exercise editorial control over the content beyond categorization and linking.
– Qualify as a “producer” (primary or secondary) under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for the depictions displayed via embeds or links.
Accordingly, **we are not required** to maintain or keep the records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 2257A for the content accessible through our site, as those obligations fall exclusively on the **original producers** of such content (i.e., the third-party platforms, uploaders, or content creators who actually produced the material).
## Exemption Statement
All visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256) displayed on **desihub.media** via embeds or links are exempt from the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, because:
– The operators of this website are **not the producers** (primary or secondary) of any such depictions.
– The content is provided by third-party users or sources, and our activities are limited to transmission, storage (temporary caching only), retrieval, hosting of links/embeds, or providing formatting for material made available by third parties.
– Any required records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations are the sole responsibility of the **original producers** or custodians of the content at its source.
We have no direct knowledge of, access to, or control over the age-verification records or identities of performers in third-party content. Users and copyright/content owners are encouraged to direct any inquiries regarding performer ages or records to the **original hosting platform** or source of the embedded material.
## General Age Assurance
To the best of our knowledge and belief, and based on the nature of the third-party platforms we link to or embed from, all performers appearing in visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct on this website were at least 18 years of age when such depictions were created.
However, as we are not the producer, we make no independent verification of performer ages and rely on the compliance of the original sources.
## Custodian of Records (If Applicable)
Since we do not qualify as a producer under the statute for the content on this site, **no designated Custodian of Records** is maintained by desihub.media for third-party embedded content.
If any portion of the site were ever to include original content produced by us (which is not the case currently), records would be kept accordingly and a Custodian would be designated.
