# DMCA Policy – Copyright Infringement Notification
## Important Notice About Our Content
desihub.media **does not host, upload, store, or control** any video files, images, media files, or other content displayed on our website.
All videos, clips, thumbnails, and media are **embedded** from third-party sources or publicly available locations on the internet (such as external video hosting platforms, file-sharing services, or other websites).
We act solely as an **indexer, aggregator, search service, or linker** that provides embedded players, direct links, and previews to content hosted and controlled entirely by third parties. We do not have the technical ability to remove, edit, modify, or delete the actual media files themselves, as they are **not located on our servers**.
Any copyright removal or takedown requests must be directed in the first instance to the **original hosting platform** or source where the content is actually stored and served from.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification (as detailed below), we will **expeditiously disable access** to the specific embed, link, page, or preview on our site in accordance with our obligations under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Section 512.
## Our DMCA Policy
MyDesi Media (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate access to content or accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content accessible via **desihub.media** (via embeds or links) infringes your copyrighted work, please submit a **DMCA Notification** containing **all** of the following information:
1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (please provide the **exact URL(s)** of the specific page(s), video embed(s), or clip(s) on desihub.media).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
## Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted or linked to was removed or disabled in error or due to misidentification, you may file a **counter-notification** by providing the Designated Copyright Agent the following:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled (include the exact URL on desihub.media).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user.
## Repeat Infringers
We may, in our sole discretion, disable access to content or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
## Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
